Each year, we receive emergency calls from tenants about issues with their heating or air conditioning. These emergency calls often result in much higher costs compared to routine service visits. Our Spring and Fall HVAC Maintenance service is designed to help detect potential problems early, saving you from the expense of emergency repairs.
With our Bi-annual HVAC Preventative Maintenance, a qualified Real Property Management Services technician will visit your property once in the fall and once in the spring to perform a comprehensive assessment and cleaning of your HVAC system. We also ensure that all units meet current code requirements.
The cost for this preventive maintenance service is $175 per visit.
